Review SCA and Kingdom laws and policies, particularly the sections related to new branch formation PRIOR to
beginning the process (available on-line). These laws and policies dictate the process by which a branch becomes incipient and
then obtains full status. It is recommended that these sections be printed and kept in your notebook.
